Description

Der Landkreis Gießen beabsichtigt derzeit die Erweiterung der Hofburgschule in Alten-Buseck. Auf dem Grundstück in der Pestalozzistraße 2, 35418 Buseck, befindet sich der Schulkomplex mit zwei Gebäudeteilen aus den Jahren 1960 und 1990, die durch ein Atrium verbunden sind, sowie der Schulhof, der die Schule großzügig umrahmt. Der neue Anbau soll nördlich an das bestehende Gebäude angeschlossen werden. Dabei wird die Erweiterung an zwei Stellen wie eine Klammer mit dem Bestandsbau verbunden und umschließt in der Mitte eine neue Aula so- wie im Obergeschoss einen kleinen Lichthof. Der Anbau wird pro Etage zwei Klassenräume, einen Differenzierungsraum, einen Technikraum und ein Büro/Kopierraum umfassen. In beiden Etagen soll der neue Flur direkt an die bestehenden Flure angeschlossen werden. Die Beschaffungsmassnahme umfasst: Dachdeckungsarbeiten Satteldach ca. 275,00m2 Dachflächenfenster als Lichtband REI90 1 Stkc. Kleinarbeiten in Bestandsgebäuden Baujahr 1960 und 1990 Flachdach Gefälledämmung und Abdichtungsarbeiten ca. 190,00m2 Gründach ca. 70,00m2 Innendachrinne ca. 45,00m Regenfallrohre in Hinterlüftete Fassade 4 Stck. Attika und Anschlussarbeiten
