Description

Die Stadt Herford beabsichtigt, auf dem Grundstück der Grundschule Stiftberg in Herford eine neue Einfeld-Sporthalle zu errichten. Das Gebäude bietet auf 2 Geschossen Platz für ein Sportfeld sowie die zugehörigen Nebenräume wie Geräteraum, Umkleiden, Sanitärbereiche, Erschließungen sowie Technikräume. Aufgrund des hangigen Grundstücks sowie der sehr beengten Freiflächen der Schule wird das Gebäude weitgehend in den Hang gebaut. Das Flachdach der Sporthalle wird durch 2 Freitreppen sowie durch Anbindung an den Gebäudeaufzug für die barrierefreie Nutzung als zusätzliche Frei- und Spielfläche erschlossen. In weiteren Raumbereichen auf dem Dach wird die Lüftungsanlage untergebracht, auf einer Pergola wird eine Photovoltaikanlage platziert. Der Neubau wird in konventioneller Massivbauweise, 2-3 geschossig, mit Flachdach ausgeführt. Untergeschoss (vollständig im Hang liegend): Sporthalle, Geräte- und Abstellräume, Sanitärräume, Technik- und Hausanschlussraum, außenliegende Fluchttreppe. Erdgeschoss (teils auf Schulhofniveau liegend): Hauptzugang mit Foyer, Luftraum Sporthalle, Umkleiden, Pumi. Dachgeschoss (über zwei Freitreppen sowie Aufzug erschlossen): Freianlagen/ Spiel- und Aufenthaltsflächen, Technikräume, Pergola mit Photovoltaik. Kennzahlen (aus Bauantrag/ ohne Gewähr): Bruttogeschossfläche/ BGF-r und BGF-s ca. 2.017 m², Umbauter Raum/ BRI-r und BRI-s ca. 8.267 m³. Der geplante Neubau wird komplett barrierefrei geplant. Dies umfasst auch den über alle Ebenen reichenden Personenaufzug.
