VE 006 Klempner- und Dachabdichtungsarbeiten Der Neubau der Cleantech Innovation Park GmbH ist die zweite Baumaßnahme auf dem Campus, an der Michelinstraße in Hallstadt. Das Grundstück ist über die naheliegende A70 bzw. die A73 ab Autobahnkreuz Bamberg gut erreichbar. Das Gebäude ist als viergeschossiger Baukörper ohne Unterkellerung in einer Holz-Hybridbauweise inkl. vorgesetztem Stahlbau geplant. Maximale Gebäudeabmessungen: - max. Gebäudehöhe 16.30m ü. FFB EG (±0.00 = 247,80 ü. NHN) - Gebäudeausdehnung: 41,65m x 26,65m - BGF ca. 3.650m² Die Leistung des AN umfassen Dachabdichtungsarbeiten einschl. aller erforderlichen zugehörigen Leistungen: - Dachfläche Hauptdach, Holz- und Stahlbetondecken: 770 m² - Dachfläche Vordach, Holzdecke: 215 m² - Dachfläche Vorplatz, über Bodenkanal, Stahlbetondecke: 23 m² Dämmarbeiten: Mineralschaum, DAA-dh, WLG 045, i.M. = 260 mm ca. 402 m² EPS, DAA-dh, WLG 040, i.M. = 260 mm ca. 368 m² EPS, DAA-dm, WLG 040, i.M. = 45 mm ca. 215 m² PUR, DAA-dh, WLG 025, i.M. = 80 mm ca. 23 m² Abdichtungsarbeiten: Dachabdichtung, 2-lagig, Bitumenbahnen ca. 931 m² Dachabdichtung, 1-lagig, Kunststoffbahnen ca. 255 m² Dampfsperre, Bitumenbahnen ca. 23 m² Dachentwässerung: Attikaabläufe Haupt- und Notentwässerung 12 Stk. Regenfall- und Regenstandrohre ca. 235 m Oberlichtkonstruktion / Dachkuppeln: Flachdachfenster RWA 1,2x1,2m inkl. RWA-Zentrale 2 Stk. Dachausstieg 0,70x1,40m mit Anlegeleiter 1 Stk. Geländer / PV-Unterkonstruktion: PV-Unterkonstruktion, auflastgesichert ca. 170 m Geländer Dachrand und RWAs, auflastgesichert ca. 127 m Dachbegrünung / Kiesdach: Extensive Dachbegrünung, d = 10 - 12 mm ca. 770 m² Kiesstreifen, b = 30-50 cm ca. 145 m²
