Description

Es handelt sich hierbei um einen Vertrag über drei Jahre mit zwei Optionen zur Verlängerung um jeweils ein Jahr. Pro Jahr werden vier verschiedene, aufeinander aufbauende Schulungen angeboten, welche in Absprache zwischen Anforderer und Auftragnehmer abgerufen werden können, jede Schulung mindestens einmal pro Kalenderjahr. Es handelt sich hierbei um einen Vertrag über drei Jahre mit vier verschiedenen, aufeinander aufbauenden Schulungen, welche mindestens einmal pro Kalenderjahr abgerufen werden können, mindestens also 12 Schulungen. Zusätzlich hat der Auftraggeber zwei optionale Vertragsverlängerungen um jeweils ein Jahr, was die Gesamtmenge der Schulungen bei Inanspruchnahme um 4 bzw. 8 Schulungen erhöhen würde.
