Description

Die Integrierte Leitstelle Rems-Murr (ILS) und die Integrierte Regionalleitstelle Ostwürttemberg (IRLS) werden die beiden Leitstellen zukünftig als Partnerleitstellen so betreiben, dass die Leitstellen im Regelbetrieb eng zusammenarbeiten und sich gegenseitig unterstützen. Im Falle eines Ausfalls eines Standortes sollen beide Leitstellen von einem Standort aus betrieben werden. Dazu wird entsprechende Leitstellen-IT-Infrastruktur beschafft, so dass die Leitstellen zukünftig in einem Verbund arbeiten. Die Leistung umfasst dabei für beide Standorte • das IT-Virtualisierungssystem zum Betrieb der Leitstellen-Einsatzleitsoftware COBRA des Herstellers ISE zur Notrufbearbeitung, Telekommunikation und Funk-Vermittlung und dessen Schnittstellen. • IT-Sicherheitsinfrastruktur • die dazu notwendige Netzwerkinfrastruktur, bestehend aus Netzwerken und Netzwerkmanagement, inkl. Monitoring • Integration von Verschlüsselungskomponenten • Gebäudetechnikintegration • Schnittstellen zu verschiedenen externen Systemen (RTT, AML, BMA, DA, KMS, etc.) • und die zugehörigen Projektdienstleistungen. Der Leistungsumfang des Auftragnehmers (AN) umfasst die Bereitstellung der für die jeweiligen Systeme erforderlichen Software- und Hardwarekomponenten sowie die Sicherstellung der vollständigen Funktionsfähigkeit der Schnittstellen untereinander. Der AN erbringt neben dem Aufbau der Systeme explizit auch die Leistung eines Systemintegrators. Seine Aufgabe ist die Integration des eigenen Systems und der für dieses Projekt beigestellten, über Schnittstellen verbundenen Systeme und weiterer Einrichtungen des AG. Hauptmassen: Virtualisierungsserver / Firewalls / Netzwerkkomponenten /Arbeitsplatzrechner
