S/4HANA Brownfield-Transformation des SAP-Gesamtsystems bei der RWTH Aachen mit Durchführung einer detaillierten Analyse der bestehenden Systemlandschaft und Identifikation aller relevanten Daten und Prozesse. Planung und Implementierung eines Migrationskonzepts, das sicherstellt, dass alle erforderlichen Daten in das neue S/4HANA-System übertragen werden, Unterstützung bei der technischen Umsetzung der Migration, einschließlich Datenbereinigung und -validierung sowie Anpassungen im Rahmen der Umstellung wie Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Anpassung bestehender Geschäftsprozesse an die neuen Funktionen und Möglichkeiten von SAP S/4HANA, außerdem Schulungen für Beschäftige zur Nutzung des neuen Systems sowie zu den Änderungen in den Prozessen sowie Erstellung von Dokumentationen, um die Änderungen nachvollziehbar zu machen und einen reibungslosen Übergang zu gewährleisten.
