Description

Rahmenvereinbarung über die Lieferung von Scan-Technologien inklusive Instandhaltungs- und Pflegeleistungen Der Zentrale IT-Betrieb der Niedersächsischen Justiz (ZIB) betreibt eine zentrale IT-Infrastruktur für 160 Behörden der ordentlichen Gerichtsbarkeit, den Fachgerichten, der Staatsanwaltschaften, dem Justizvollzug und dem ambulanten Justizsozialdienst (ehem. Bewährungshilfen). Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass Behörden, die sich am gleichen Standort befinden, die Scaninfrastruktur gemeinsam nutzen werden. Daher sind insgesamt 147 Scanstellen zu betreiben. Ziel ist es dabei, Papiereingänge in den Formaten A8 bis A3 mit Hochleistungsscannern einzulesen sowie Überformate und physische Gegenstände abbilden zu können.
