Bei den nachfolgend beschriebenen Leistungen handelt es sich um die Lieferung von Eisen(III)salzlösung (Los 1), Natriumaluminatlösung (Los 2) sowie Aluminiumsulfat in fester Form (Los 3) zur Abwasser- und Schlammbehandlung auf den beiden Klärwerken des Stadtentwässerungsbe-triebes Düsseldorf im Folgenden Auftraggeber (AG) genannt. Erfüllungsort ist die jeweilige Kläran-lage (KA). Das Transportrisiko trägt allein der Auftragnehmer (AN). Der Gesamtumfang der Leistung ist in drei Lose aufgeteilt. Die in den Losen genannten Bedarfs-mengen sind Schätzwerte, die sich am Verbrauch der letzten Jahre orientieren und voraussichtlich im Verlauf von einem Jahr benötigt werden. Über- und Unterschreitungen dieser Mengen sind möglich und berechtigen nicht zu Preisänderungen während der Vertragslaufzeit. Der Lieferzeitraum beträgt ein Jahr und beginnt am 01.01.2027. Das Leistungsverzeichnis beinhal-tet ebenfalls eine Option der jährlichen Verlängerung bis maximal zum 31.12.2030.
