A German public transport buyer is procuring the delivery of 5 electric articulated buses. The contract also covers the provision of all necessary maintenance items for these vehicles and the delivery of instructions and training. Maintenance items include all documents, systems, access rights, software solutions, required hardware components and special tools needed, in addition to the buyer's existing stock, to maintain the electric buses properly, safely and competently. Technical requirements are set out in the tender documents, notably the technical specifications form (Annex B.2) and the purchase contract (Annex B.4).
