Description

Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Bereitstellung einer digitalen Lösung zur zentralen Datenauswertung in Form der Softwareüberlassung auf Zeit (Hosting beim Auftraggeber, Softwaremiete, d.h. kein SaaS) inkl. Softwarepflege u. Support. Die angestrebte Reporting-Lösung muss Daten aus einem Datawarehouse, validieren, plausibilisieren und Auswertungen einem Nutzer ermöglichen sowie automatisch Ergebnisse einer Plausibilitätsprüfung zur Verfügung stellen. Die Reporting-Lösung stellt somit das Front-End zu einem parallel vom Auftraggeber entwickelten Datawarehouse im Back-End dar, so dass der Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung primär die Front-End-Komponente (Reporting-Lösung) umfasst, während Leistungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Back-End in den Vergabeunterlagen und dieser Leistungsbeschreibung gesondert und ausdrücklich ausgewiesen werden.
