Description

Leistungs- / Auftragsgegenstand ist die Beschaffung der in der Vergabeunterlage "Anlage 1 A - Leistungsverzeichnis und Preiszusammenstellung" aufgeführten Produkte, welche für die Ausstattung diverser Räume im Haus 46 (ZfSG) bestimmt sind bzw. benötigt werden. Die Leistung hat nach Maßgabe der "Hinweise zum Vergabeverfahren und Leistungsbeschreibung VGS 16/2026" inklusive Anlagen zu erfolgen. Es gelten ergänzend die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (Anlage 4), die Bestimmungen der Allgemeinen Vertragsbedingungen für die Ausführung von Leistungen ("VOL/B"; in der Fassung vom 05. August 2003), welche durch die Zusätzlichen Vertragsbedingungen für Liefer- und Dienstleistungsaufträge des Universitätsklinikums Carl Gustav Carus Dresden (Anlage 5) ergänzt / konkretisiert werden, sowie wiederum ergänzend die Regelungen des Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuches (BGB) in der bei Zuschlagserteilung gültigen Fassung.
