Description

I. Allgemeine Beschreibung: Die Verbandsgemeinde Trier-Land plant den Bau eines zentralen Brandschutz- und Ausbildungszentrums in Newel, um die überregionalen Funktionen der Verbandsgemeindefeuerwehr zu bündeln, Synergien zu nutzen und die Einsatzbereitschaft zu steigern. Das Gebäude soll zukünftig nicht nur Platz für die sichere Unterbringung von Fahrzeugen, sondern auch für die Lagerung und Organisation einer Vielzahl von Ausrüstungen bieten. Zusätzlich zu den genannten Einrichtungen werden Schulungs- und Besprechungsräume bereitgestellt, nicht nur für regelmäßige Schulungen und Informationen über neue Techniken, Vorschriften und Einsatzstrategien, sondern auch für die zentrale Aus- und Weiterbildung des Feuerwehrkollegiums in der gesamten Verbandsgemeinde Trier-Land. Der Schulungsbereich wird durch einen Übungshof und eine Übungswand, die speziell für praxisnahe Schulungen und Trainings konzipiert sind komplettiert. Die Werkstattbereiche der Feuerwehr werden durch zusätzliche Büro- und Werkstattbereiche der Verbandsgemeinde (Bauhof, Zweckverband Forst) ergänzt, um eine breitere Palette von Prüf-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten abzudecken. Das Erdgeschoss sowie das Obergeschoss des zweigeschossigen Gebäudekörpers sind als massive Stahlbetonkonstruktion mit einem hohen Grad der Vorfertigung geplant. Die Außenwände bestehen aus Stahlbetonhohlwänden, werden wärmegedämmt und erhalten eine Vorhangfassade aus Aluminium mit freier Profilgeometrie. Die Fahrzeughalle soll als konventioneller Stahlbetonskelettbau ausgeführt werden. Die Trennwand zwischen Fahrzeughalle und angegliedertem Nebenraumprogramm ist als Stahlbetonthermowand vorgesehen. Im Inneren sollen die Stahlbetonhohlwände überwiegend sichtbar verbleiben. Die Dachkonstruktion in Form eines Gründaches mit PV Anlage liegt auf Stahlbetonbindern auf und besteht aus einer Trapezblechtragschale als Warmdachaufbau, welche unterseitig mit Akustikperforierung ausgeführt wird.
