Description

Die Stadt Gießen beabsichtigt, auf dem Gelände der Liegenschaft „Theodor-Litt-Schule“ in Gießen, ein Werkstattgebäude als Ersatzneubau zu errichten. Es handelt sich um ein zweigeschossiges Gebäude für die Lehrausbildung handwerklicher Berufe. Die Grundfläche je Etage beträgt ca. 3000 m². Die Dämm- und Brandschutzarbeiten werde gewerkeübergreifend ausgeführt. Die Räume im EG und OG werden als Werkstatträume, teilweise mit Maschinenausbildungsplätzen, aber auch für theoretischen Unterricht genutzt. Alle Gewerke werden in Sichtinstallation in fertigen Decken mit sichtbaren Balken und Schallabsorptionsplatten und in der Holzkonstruktion integriert ausgeführt. Dies betrifft im Wesentlichen den Einbau von Kabelboxen in Massivholzbauteile. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich die gesamte technische Ausrüstung für den Gebäudebetrieb. Die Hausanschlüsse, Elt-, Heizungs-, Trinkwasser- und Druckluftverteiler, Zentralgeräte für die Raumlufttechnik sowie die Absauganlagen für die Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen und die Schweißausbildungsplätze. An diesen technischen Anlagen sind die jeweils ausgeschriebenen Dämm- und Brandschutzarbeiten auszuführen. Im Wesentlichen besteht der Arbeitsumfang aus (ca.-Angaben): 1.500 m Dämmung an Sanitär und Heizungsrohren von 18 mm bis 54mm, 250 m Schwitzwasserdämmung an RW/SW-Rohren DN 100, 420 m² Kältedämmung Kautschuk, schwerentflammbar an Luftleitungen, 1000 m² Wärmedämmung an Luftleitungen, Lamellenmatte 20…40 mm, 100 St. Brandschutzabschottungen für Sanitär- und Heizungsrohre, 60 St. Brandschutz-Kabelboxen 420x130, 26 St. Kombiabschottungen bis 1000x600 in Beton und Massivholzbauteilen. Die Arbeiten sind teils vorlaufend, teils parallel und teils nachlaufend zu den TGA-Gewerken auszuführen.
