Description

Die Bio-Security Immobilien GmbH schreibt die Installation und den Betrieb einer Brandmeldeanlage auf Mietbasis aus. Das Kompetenzzentrum Bio-Security betreibt am Standort Siemensstraße 42 in 59199 Bönen eine Brandmeldeanlage des Typs SIEMENS Sigmasys M. Da es für diese Anlage keine Ersatzteilvorhaltung mehr gibt, wird beabsichtigt, diese Anlage zu ersetzen und gegen eine moderne, modulare Brandmeldeanlage auszutauschen. Die neue Anlage soll auf Mietbasis im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung angeboten werden, wobei Bestandskomponenten wie Steuerbausteine und loopfähige Alarmtongeber übernommen werden sollen. Die neue Brandmeldeanlage soll remotefähig ausgebaut werden, um zukunftsfähig zu sein. Ferndiagnose und Entstörung, der Einsatz eines elektronischen Betriebsbuches, die Visualisierung des aktuellen Melderzustandes und die Bedienbarkeit über mobile Endgeräte wird ebenfalls vorausgesetzt. Die Installation der Anlage soll nach Zuschlagserteilung erfolgen; die Fertigstellung soll bis zum 31.12.2026 erfolgen. Der Mietvertrag wird mit einer Vertragslaufzeit von 120 Monaten geschlossen.
