Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Bereitstellung, Implementierung und Integration eines modularen und skalierbaren Systems zur digitalen Erstellung, Bereitstellung und Nutzung von Patientenformularen innerhalb eines bestehenden Patientenportals. Die Lösung dient der medienbruchfreien, strukturierten Datenerhebung sowie der Integration in bestehende klinische und administrative Systeme unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Anforderungen des Gesundheitswesens, insbesondere in Bezug auf Datenschutz, Informationssicherheit und Interoperabilität. Nicht Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind das Patientenportal als Gesamtsystem sowie die Bereitstellung einer eigenständigen elektronischen Sig-naturlösung; die Formularlösung muss lediglich die Integration einer vom Auftraggeber bereitgestellten Signaturlösung unterstützen. Es wird ein Master Service_Agreement for IT-Services nach dem in den Vergabeunterlagen enthaltenen Mustervertrag Master_Service_Agreement_for_IT-Services_DE-2026-0233 abgeschlossen.
