An der Geschwister- Scholl- Schule, in Niddatal-Assenheim sollen die randschutztechnischen Bestandteile ertüchtigt und die folgenden Gewerke dem aktuellen Standard der Wetteraukreises angepasst werden. Dabei erstreckt sich der geplante Sanierungsbereich über mehrere Gebäudeteile. Die Maßnahme wird dabei in mehrere aufeinander folgende Bauabschnitte untergliedert (siehe auch Zusatzinformation zu "Terminplan") Die Sanierungsmaßnahme beinhaltet bauliche und anlagentechnische Anpassungen in den folgenden Leistungsbereichen: - Fenster- einschl. Sonnenschutzanlagen - Akustikdecken inkl. Beleuchtung - IT- Standardverkabelung ohne digitale Ausstattung, inkl. Stromversorgung - Brandschutz - Grundlegende Sanierung Sanitäre Installation - Grundlegende Sanierung Heizungsanlage ohne Wärmeerzeugung - Bodenbeläge Die Arbeiten werden bei laufendem Schulbetrieb durchgeführt. Die Ausführungsfristen der Bauabschnitte entsprechen dem Terminplan "407-22 GSS - Terminplan-Bodenbelagsarbeiten_2026-08-12" Hauptmassen: ca. 1.100 m² Beseitigen alter Bodenbeläge ca. 700 m Rückbau Sockel ca. 700 m Montage neuer Sockel ca. 1.100 m² Vorbehandeln, Ausgleich von Unebenheiten 2x ca. 1.100 m² Verlegen Kautschuk Bodenbelag Hauptmassen: ca. 1.100 m² Beseitigen alter Bodenbeläge ca. 700 m Rückbau Sockel ca. 700 m Montage neuer Sockel ca. 1.100 m² Vorbehandeln, Ausgleich von Unebenheiten 2x ca. 1.100 m² Verlegen Kautschuk Bodenbelag Es sind an mehreren Stellen im Leistungsverzeichnis Fabrikatsangaben zu machen.
