Mit dem Neubau der Anne-Frank-Realschule plus wird der Schulcampus in 56410 Montabaur mit Landesmusikgymnasium, dem Mons-Tabor-Gymnasium sowie der Heinrich Roth-Schule um einen vierten Baustein erweitert. Für den Neubau steht der kreiseigene Sportplatz zur Verfügung. In dem geplanten, zweigeschossigen Gebäude mit zwei großzügigen Innenhöfen wird in einem Teilbereich die Musikschule integriert werden. Der geplante "Eingangshain" soll durch freie Baumgruppen und Sitzgelegenheiten ebenso wie der großzügige Pausenhof zum Verweilen einladen. Das Zusammenwirken an der Anne-Frank-Realschule plus Montabaur ist geprägt von Respekt und Toleranz. Diese Lernatmosphäre soll durch modern ausgestattete Klassenräume und zukunftsfähige Lernmodelle nun auch bautechnisch ergänzt werden. Zudem ist die Aula zentral im Gebäude positioniert und kann als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt werden. Die Holz-Hybrid-Bauweise spiegelt den Nachhaltigkeitsgedanken wieder. Liegenschaft: Schulzentrum Montabaur Bauvorhaben: Neubau der Anne-Frank-Realschule plus Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Kautschuk-Bodenbelagsarbeiten auf zwei Geschossebenen.
