Description

Das Kinderhaus besteht aus 2 Bauteilen. Einem massiven Bestandsbau (UG, EG und OG) und einem Erweiterungsteil (EG und OG), welcher als Holzbau auf einer Betonbodenplatte erstellt wird. Es kommen auf allen Flächen Schnellzementestriche auf Dämmung (bauseits) zur Ausführung, welche größtenteils mit Linoleum belegt werden. Im UG ca. 85 m², im EG ca. 550 m² und im OG ca. 640 m². Die Vorarbeiten sind mit auszuführen. Zu den begrenzenden Wänden (Massiv+Putz, Holz, GK) sind Sockelleisten anzubringen. Im UG ca. 75 m (Lino), im EG ca. 250 m (Holz) und im OG ca. 335 m (Holz). An den vier Eingängen sind innenseitig Eingangsmattensysteme einzubauen.
