Dekontamination und Teilsanierung Pillnitzer Straße 1-7 in Radeberg Oberflächenaufbruch, Rückbau von unterirdischen Bauwerken (Bodenplatten, Rohrleitungen und Schächte), Bodenaushub bis ca. 2 m unter GOK (ca. 45.000 m³) mit Separation und anteiliger Entsorgung (ca. 65.000 t mit PAK, MKW und SM kontaminiertes Boden-Bauschuttgemisch). Aufbau einer mineralischen Dichtschicht (0,5 m mächtig) auf ca. 20.000 m³ und anschließende Rückverfüllung mit standorteigenem Boden sowie Liefermaterial. Geländeregulierung und bauliche Nebenleistungen (Regenwasserleitungen, Geländesicherung).
