Description

In der Baumaßnahme der Bundesliegenschaft ist die Neuordnung der Baufeldinfrastruktur geplant. Die Ausführung der komplexen Maßnahme erfolgt in mehreren Bauabschnitten. Die Teil-Baumaßnahme des hier relevanten 1. Bauabschnittes des Baufeldes Süd beinhaltet folgende Hauptleistungen: Tiefenunabhängige Freigabe der hergestellten Baufeldvorbereitungsflächen Aufgrund des flächenhaften Kampfmittelverdachtes sind bei den flächendeckenden Boden- eingriffen für die o. g. Leistung Maßnahmen der Kampfmittelräumung zu ergreifen. Die Leis- tung umfasst die vollflächige, punktuell bodeneingreifende Kampfmittelräumung gemäß BFR KMR A 9.4.6. Alle zu verwendenden Holzprodukte müssen nachweislich aus nachhaltiger Waldbewirtschaftung kommen. Vollflächige, punktuell bodeneingreifende Kampfmittelräumung gemäß BFR KMR A 9.4.6 unter Einsatz von magnetischen Drucksondierungen gemäß BFR KMR TS 9.2.12. Im Bereich der Baufeldvorbereitungsflächen sind ca. 10.000 Stck magn. Drucksondierungen (CPT) durchzuführen. Die erforderlichen Sondiertiefen liegen durchschnittlich zwischen 12 m und 16 m u. GOK. Auf der gesamten Fläche ist bereits ein vorlaufender Bodenaustausch von 1,5 m (Sand und Schotter) durchgeführt worden. Die hierbei oberflächig hergestellte Schotterfläche (0,5 m) muss zu Beginn mittels Schneckenbohrung vorgebohrt werden. Zudem ist mit lokalen Restfundamenten zu rechnen, welche ebenfalls durchbohrt werden müssen. Es wird mit einem Einsatz von mindestens 2 Sondierteams zur termingerechten Ausführung der Sondierarbeiten gerechnet. Für die Ausführung der Sondierungen ist ein Zeitraum von 6 Monaten angesetzt. Die ggf. erforderliche Räumung von Verdachtspunkten erfolgt im Nachgang in Absprache mit dem AG. Gestellung der Räumstelleneinrichtung und Erstellung der Abschlussdokumentation.
