Description

Fliesenarbeiten für die neue öffentliche WC-Anlage im Pfortenflügel der ehem. Klosteranlage St. Michael Für die zu erwartenden Besucherströme nach Eröffnung der Abteikirche soll eine moderne, barrierefrei zugängliche Toilettenanlage entstehen, für deren Realisierung als Standort die ungenutzten Räume der ehemaligen Studentenverbindung im Sockelgeschoss des Pfortenflügels aufgrund ihrer zentralen Lage im Zugangsbereich der Klosteranlage als besonders sinnvoll erachtet werden. In der öffentlichen WC Anlage werden an Wänden und Böden Feinsteinzeugfliesen in der Optik von im Bestand vorhandenen Kalksteinplatten, im Format 60/60 cm auf den Bodenflächen und im Format 120/60 cm an den Wandflächen verlegt. Der ehem. Speisesaal R 012 erhält in Teilbereichen einen Natursteinbelag aus Kalksteinplatten im Format 50/50, welcher an den Bestandsbelag anzupassen ist. Zur besseren Kalkulation wird dringend empfohlen, die Örtlichkeiten zu besichtigen, hier kann sowohl der Bestandsbelag, als auch die gewählte Musterfliese begutachtet werden.
