Description

Der Verein SB Bayern 07 saniert das bestehende Freibad Bayern 07 am Pulversee 1 in Nürnberg. Im März 2026 beginnt der Abbruch des bestehenden Aufsichts- und Technikgebäudes (ca. 650 m³) und ein Teilabbruch der beiden großen Becken.Eingangsgebäude, Umkleiden und Sanitärbereiche bleiben unberührt. Zwei neue Becken aus Edelstahl werden an neuem Standort und in höherer Lage auf dem Gelände erstellt. Ein neuesTechnikgebäude mit WU-Keller beherbergt die gesamte Technik für das Schwimmbad, einen Aufsichtsbereich und einen Umkleide- und Nassbereich für Behinderte. Das EG des Gebäudes wird gemauert und außen verputzt. Das Dach ist ein leicht geneigtes Sparrendach mit Dachbegrünung. Die gesamten Außenanlagen werden in einem zweiten LV-Paket ausgeschrieben und beinhalten die Pflasterarbeiten, Grünanlagen und die Zaunanlagen.
