Los 15 Fliesenlegearbeiten Fliesen- und Plattenarbeiten für den Neubau der Kindertagesstätte in Roitzsch. Die Leistungen umfassen die Vorbereitung der Untergründe, umfangreiche Abdichtungsmaßnahmen in Nassbereichen sowie die Verlegung von Wand- und Bodenfliesen einschließlich spezialisierter Formteile und Systemelemente. Wesentliche Mengenanteile: Untergrundvorbereitung & Abdichtung: ca. 364 m² mechanische Reinigung und Grundierung von Bodenflächen. ca. 485 m² mechanische Reinigung und Grundierung von Wandflächen. ca. 152 m² Verbundabdichtung auf Bodenflächen (Estrich) gemäß DIN 18534 (W1-I bis W2-I). ca. 463 m² Verbundabdichtung auf Wandflächen (Putz/Trockenbau). Fliesenverlegung: ca. 152 m² Bodenfliesen aus Feinsteinzeug (rutschhemmend R11/B), Format 30x30 cm, inkl. Sockelausbildung. ca. 463 m² Wandfliesen (Steingut), Format 15x15 cm, Dünnbettverfahren. ca. 100 m Ausbildung von Innen- und Außenecken mit Edelstahl-Profilen. Spezialleistungen & Einbauten: ca. 25 m² Dekorative Wandbekleidung aus keramischen Bruchfliesen (Mosaik-Optik). 1 Stck. Lieferung und Montage eines vorgefertigten Sitzbankelements (Länge ca. 6,50 m) mit integriertem Experimentiertisch, inkl. keramischer Verkleidung. Ausbildung von Gefällebereichen und Einarbeitung von Bodenabläufen/Rinnen.
