BA + 2.BA, Sanierung Haus B Ausführungsfristen: Baubeginn: ca. 53. KW 2026 Ende: ca. 09. KW 2028 Kurzbeschreibung: Das Bauvorhaben Erweiterung der Grundschule Adelby besteht aus insgesamt 2 Bauabschnitten mit einer BGF von 5.697 m² und einer BRI von 25.622 m³. Die Bauzeit beträgt insgesamt ca. 35 Monate. Für diese Vorhaben sind folgende Arbeiten zu vergeben. Das Leistungsverzeichnis beinhaltet folgende Bereiche: 1. Fliesenarbeiten -Fliesenarbeiten Neubau 1BA und 2BA bestehend aus Boden- und Wandfliesen in Sanitär-, Küchen-und Treppenhaus-Bereichen in unterschiedlichen Formaten und Rutschfestigkeitsklassen. Gesamtfliesenfläche beträgt ca. 950 m² -Fliesenarbeiten Bestandsgebäude B. Gesamtfliesenfläche beträgt ca.40m²
