Der Auftraggeber behält sich auf Grund von sich verändernden Gegebenheiten in der Unterkunft vor, den Auftragsumfang insbesondere die Zeiträume der Wachdienstzeiten oder die Anzahl der Sicherheitsmitarbeiter, ohne neues Vergabeverfahren im Rahmen des § 132 GWB zu erhöhen und/oder zu reduzieren. Es sind alle Einzelleistungen anzubieten. Die Abgabe der Preisblätter „Abrufleistungen“ ist nicht vergaberelevant und daher freiwillig. Die dort eingegebenen Preise sind nicht bindend, sondern sollen im Falle der päteren Beauftragung von Sonderleistungen eine Verhandlungsbasis darstellen.
