Description

Der Auftragnehmer leistet den Wachdienst für die Grundstücke und Dienstgebäude des Auftraggebers in Hannover, Stilleweg 2 und Buchholzer Straße 94, 30655 Hannover. Die im Einzelnen wahrzunehmenden Aufgaben des Wachdienstes sind in einer Wachanweisung festgelegt. Diese wird dem Auftragnehmer vom Auftraggeber unmittelbar vor Beginn des Bewachungszeitraums übergeben. Der Auftragnehmer stellt ein vollständiges elektronisches Wächterkontrollsystem, das rechtzeitig vor Vertragsbeginn beim Auftraggeber zu installieren ist. Der Auftragnehmer führt für den Auftraggeber die Telefonvermittlung über die zentrale Telefonvermittlungsstelle im Dienstgebäude (Haupthaus) des Auftraggebers, Stilleweg 2, 30655 Hannover durch. Handwerkliche Dienste: Transporte, Beseitigung von Verschmutzungen im Außen- und Innenbereich, Winterdienst auf dem Dienstgelände, Einräumen/Ausräumen von Veranstaltungsräumen, Wäscheausgabe, Wasserenthärtungsanlagen befüllen, Montage und Demontage von Bildern, Bilderbefestigungssysteme und Präsentationstafeln, Weitere kleine handwerkliche Tätigkeiten. Durchführung von Botendienstleistungen in den dienstgebäuden Stilleweg 2, 30655 Hannover.
