Description

Durchführung eines Bewachungs- und Sicherheitsdienstes Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Erbringung von Bewachungs- und Sicherheitsdienstleistungen in den vom Landkreis Saalfeld-Rudolstadt betriebenen Gemeinschaftsunterkünften für geflüchtete Menschen. Ziel der Beauftragung ist die Gewährleistung eines sicheren und geordneten Betriebs der Unterkünfte sowie der Schutz von Personen, Gebäuden und sonstigen Sachwerten. Die zu erbringenden Leistungen umfassen insbesondere: Einlass- und Pfortendienste, Objektschutz, Kontroll- und Streifendienste innerhalb und außerhalb der Unterkünfte zu unterschiedlichen Tages- und Nachtzeiten, Erkennung und Meldung von Gefahren-, Störungs- und Konfliktlagen, Einleitung der vertraglich vorgesehenen Maßnahmen zur Gefahrenabwehr sowie Unterstützung bei der Aufrechterhaltung von Sicherheit und Ordnung im Rahmen der übertragenen Aufgaben. Die Kontroll- und Bewachungsleistungen dienen insbesondere der Verhinderung unberechtigter Zutritte, der frühzeitigen Erkennung von Gefahren- und Störungslagen sowie dem Schutz von Personen und Sachwerten. Die Leistungen sind an folgenden Standorten zu erbringen: Saalfeld, Hans-Gottwalt-Straße 2/3 inkl. dazugehörige Nebengebäude (245 h/Woche x 52 Kalenderwochen = 12.740 h/a) Rudolstadt, Jenaische Straße 14, Haus 3/4, Haus 9 (247 h/Woche x 52 Kalenderwochen = 12.844 h/a)
