Description

Gegenstand der Beauftragung ist die Durchführung der gesetzlichen Jahresabschlussprüfung einschließlich aller damit verbundenen prüfungsbezogenen Leistungen für das Universitätsklinikum des Saarlandes als rechtsfähige Anstalt des öffentlichen Rechts (UKS AöR) sowie für die UKS Service GmbH als in den regulären Prüfungsauftrag einbezogene Tochtergesellschaft. Die UKS Energie GmbH ist nicht Bestandteil des regulären Prüfungsumfangs und wird nur bei gesonderter Beauftragung als optionale Leistung geprüft. Die EK-UNICO GmbH ist nicht Gegenstand eigenständiger Prüfungshandlungen; zu berücksichtigen sind lediglich die Angaben im Lagebericht zum Jahresabschluss und zur Minderheitsbeteiligung. Die Leistungen umfassen sämtliche Tätigkeiten, die für eine ordnungsgemäße Durchführung der Abschlussprüfung erforderlich sind. Hierzu gehören insbesondere: - Prüfung des Jahresabschlusses, - Prüfung des Lageberichts, - Prüfung nach § 53 Haushaltsgrundsätzegesetz (HGrG), - Durchführung erforderlicher IT-Prüfungshandlungen, - Erstellung des Prüfungsberichts, - Erstellung von Management Lettern, - Durchführung gesetzlich oder regulatorisch erforderlicher Testate, - Berichterstattung gegenüber Vorstand, Aufsichtsrat und weiteren zuständigen Gremien. Der Auftragnehmer hat sämtliche Leistungen unter Beachtung der einschlägigen gesetzlichen, berufsrechtlichen und fachlichen Anforderungen zu erbringen.
