The City of Braunschweig is seeking auditors to review the annual financial statements of the Stadt Braunschweig Beteiligungs-Gesellschaft mbH, including its group financial statements, and of eleven affiliated companies such as Braunschweiger Verkehrs-GmbH, Kraftverkehr Mundstock GmbH, Stadtbad Braunschweig and Nibelungen-Wohnbau-GmbH. The audit covers the year 2027, with options to extend to 2028 to 2031. Optional services include management letters, audits of form statements under NKomVG, audits under section 16 para. 1 MaBV and audits accompanying an ERP software introduction and archiving solution implementation. Small businesses able to meet the audit requirements may bid under the announced procedure.
