Germany - Operation of car parks and parking garages - Freeflow parking system

Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) plans to digitalise its parking spaces with a freeflow parking system based on licence plate recognition (LPR/ANPR), operating without tickets and barriers. The procurement covers delivery of all hardware and software, installation of all facilities, commissioning and subsequent operation of the new parking system at the airport. The operational phase runs from 1 February 2028 to 31 January 2036, covering around eight years of service. The contract combines supply, installation and long-term operation in a single project at the Berlin Brandenburg location.
