Sie benötigt hierfür einen Dienstleister, an den sie den Auftrag zur Bewirtschaftung der Parkhäuser und Tiefgaragen im Wege einer öffentlichen Ausschreibung vergibt. Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist die Betriebsführung der Parkhäuser und Tiefgaragen in der Stadt Bernau bei Berlin. Dazu zählen die Reinigung der Parkobjekte, das Gebäudemanagement, der Objektschutz, die Geldverarbeitung und die Parkabfertigungstechnik. - Der Auftragnehmer ist verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Reinigungs- und Entsorgungsarbeiten sowie für die Durchführung des Winterdienstes und der Grünanlagenpflege. - Der Auftragnehmer ist für die Organisation des Gebäudemanagements verantwortlich. - Der Auftragnehmer ist für den dauerhaften und durchgängigen Betrieb der Parkabfertigungstechnik und deren Instandhaltung verantwortlich. Dies umfasst insbesondere die Pflicht zur Beseitigung von Störungen und Schäden innerhalb bestimmter Fristen. Die Stadtwerke Bernau GmbH zahlt an den Auftragnehmer eine Vergütung für die Tätigkeiten auf Grundlage der im Leistungsverzeichnis angegebenen Preise. Nicht Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Dauerparkerverwaltung.
