Description

Der Kreis Stormarn plant die Errichtung eines Neubaus auf der Gründung des bestehenden Gebäudes Mewesstrase 22 - 24. Mit einer Grundflache von rund 790 m2 wird das Gebäude mit nachhaltigen Baustoffen errichtet und durch eine Zertifizierung begleitet. Die Hauptkonstruktion setzt sich aus mehreren Elementen zusammen: Die Decke über dem Erdgeschoss bis zum 3. Obergeschoss besteht aus Vollholzdecken aus Brettsperrholz, unterstützt durch Verbundunterzüge. Die Decke über dem Untergeschoss wird als Stahlbetondecke mit entsprechenden Unterzügen ausgeführt. Die Stahlbetonskelettkonstruktion umfasst die Randunter- und -überzuge sowie die Aussenwände und Randstützen. Tragende und aussteifende Wände bestehen aus Stahlbeton. Im Untergeschoss bleiben die bestehenden Kelleraussenwände erhalten, während neue wasserundurchlässige (WU) Aussenwände und innere Stutzen sowie Wände aus Stahlbeton und Mauerwerk ergänzt werden. Die bestehende Sohle bleibt erhalten, ergänzt durch eine neue WU-Bodenplatte im Bereich der Tiefgarage. • Rohbauarbeiten • Stahlbauarbeiten unter Einsatz von Deltabeam-Trägern • Lieferung und Einbau von CLT-Decken • Mauerwerksarbeiten • Blitzschutz- und Erdungsanlagen • Baustellenlogistik • Bereitstellung und Betrieb eines Turmdrehkrans Ausführungszeitraum/Vertragslaufzeit: von 24. KW 2026 bis 09. KW 2027 für Bauleistung, bis 33. KW 2027 für Vorhaltung (Kran, Gerüst) Laufzeit in Monaten: 9 Monate für Bauleistung, 15 Monate für Vorhaltung (Kran, Gerüst)
