Description

Der hier ausgeschriebene Leistungsumfang umfasst die Sanierung der Stahlbeton - Innen- und Außenwandflächen, sowie die Betonringe der Faulbehälter II und III auf der Kläranlage Bielefeld Heepen. Bei den beiden Faulbehältern handelt es sich um Spannbetonbauwerke in runder / eiförmiger Bauausführung, mit einem Fassungsvolumen von jeweils ca. 3.200 m3. Die Trichterspitze liegt jeweils ca. 9,00 m unter OK Gelände, die Wandkrone des im Faulbehälterkopf angeordneten Gasdoms befindet sich etwa 14,5 m über Geländeoberkante. Leistungsumfang: - Untergrundvorbehandlung der Stahlbeton - Wand- und Deckenflächen Abtrag bis auf gesunden Kernbeton, einschl. restloser Beseitigung der Altbeschichtung - vollflächige Überprüfung der Oberflächen, mit Freistemmen vorh. Fehlstellen - Reprofilierung der Fehlstellen - kraftschlüssige Verpressung evtl. vorgefundener Risse - Feinspachtelung der vorbehandelten Stahlbetonoberflächen - Applikation einer Epoxidharzbeschichtung - stellenweise Betonsanierung an der Außenseite der FB - Betonsanierung der Betonringe am Kopf der Faulbehälter
