Neubau Gymnasium II Strausberg, Wriezener Straße 9, 15344 Strausberg, Los 03 - Erweiterter Rohbau Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen umfassen alle Rohbau- und Fassadenarbeiten bis zur Herstellung der geschlossenen Gebäudehülle. Im Einzelnen sind in der Leistungsbeschreibung folgende Gewerke berücksichtigt: - Baustelleneinrichtung (Containeranlage AG, Sanitärcontainer bauseits) - Planungsleistungen für die eigenen Leistungen - Mauerarbeiten - Betonarbeiten (teilweise mit Anforderungen: WU, Spannbeton, Sichtbeton, Betonfergteile) - Abdichtungsarbeiten (WU- und Bitumenabdichtung UG) - Holz- und Holzhybridkonstrukon - Gerüstarbeiten - Fassade als Ziegel- Vorhangfassade - Fenster und Außentüren - Grundleitungen - Erdungsanlagen - Betoneinlegearbeiten Elektro Gebäudeeckdaten Flächen / Brutto-Rauminhalt - Grundstücksfläche insgesamt: ca.15.794 m2 - Netto-Raumfläche NRF: ca. 11.316,18 m2 - Brutto-Rauminhalt BRI: ca. 70.444 m3 - Brutto-Grundfläche BGF: ca. 13.545 m2 Bauweise: - Gemischte Bauweise aus Stahlbeton und Holzhybridbau - Fassade in Holztafelbauweise mit vorgehängter Ziegelfassade Betonarbeiten: - Rund 6.500 m3 Beton in unterschiedlichen Betongüten von C30/37 bis C50/60 - WU-Anforderungen UG - Spannbetonarbeiten (Trägerkonstrukon der Sporthalle) - Sichtbetonarbeiten SB 2(+) (u. a. Erschließungsbereiche, Aula, Mehrzwecksaal, Treppenhäuser) Holzhybridbau: - Holzhybridbauweise EG - OG2 (u. a. Klassen- und Fachräume, Verwaltungsbereich)
