Description

Ziel der Maßnahme ist die Vermittlung der Teilnehmenden in Arbeit oder Ausbildung. Persönliche Hemmnisse sollen abgebaut und vorhandene individuelle Ressourcen genutzt werden. So soll nicht nur eine Aktivierung erreicht werden, sondern auch die persönliche Weiterentwicklung der Teilnehmenden. Um diese Ziele zu erreichen ist ein fester Bestandteil der Maßnahme eine praktische Erprobung im Rahmen einer Maßnahme beim Arbeitgeber (Praktikum). Diese ist für alle Teilnehmenden verpflichtend. Darüber hinaus sollen alle Teilnehmenden aussagekräftige Bewerbungsunterlagen erarbeiten, die sowohl dem Fallmanagement, als auch den Kunden zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Das Stellensuchverhalten und die Bewerbungsaktivitäten der Teilnehmenden soll verbessert werden. Die Vorbereitung auf Vorstellungsgespräche und weitere Kompetenzen zur Optimierung des Bewerberverhaltens müssen beinhaltet sein.
