Description

Implementierung und Betrieb eines integrierten Personalmanagementsystems (HRMS) als Cloudleistung (SaaS), Module: HR-Core inkl. Stammdaten und ESS/MSS, Digitale Akte und Dokumentenmanagement, Bewerbermanagement, Onboarding/Offboarding... Ziel ist es, zentrale Personalprozesse zu optimieren, zu standardisieren und zu digitalisieren. Das System wird eine einheitliche Plattform schaffen, die Effizienz steigert, Transparenz fördert, rechtliche Anforderungen unterstützt, umsetzt und die strategische Rolle der Personalabteilung stärkt. Der Auftragnehmer unterstützt bei der Implementierung, Konfiguration, Integration, Migration, Schulung, Inbetriebnahme und beim laufenden Betrieb des HRMS in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der DEGES fachlich sowie technisch. Das HRMS ist zu implementieren und im Anschluss der Betrieb zu unterstützen. Das HRMS wird über eine offene und dokumentierte Schnittstellenarchitektur verfügen, um zukünftige Systemintegrationen und Funktionserweiterungen zu ermöglichen. Ziel ist eine zügige und effektive Umsetzung der Implementierung. Ein operatives Kernziel ist dabei die Gewährleistung der Funktionsfähigkeit. Leistungsgegenstand ist ein lückenloser Übergang von den bisherigen Systemen zu gewährleisten sowie eine solide Basis für zukünftige Innovationen und Entwicklungen im HRMS-Umfeld zu schaffen.
