Description

Tool zur Softwareverteilung als SaaS-Lösung zur Ablösung von Ivanti DSM einschließlich Implementierung, Migration, Support und Wartung für die NBank. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Bereitstellung eines Tools zur Softwareverteilung und zum Clientmanagement als SaaS-Lösung zur Ablösung des derzeit eingesetzten Systems Ivanti DSM. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere die Bereitstellung und den Betrieb der Lösung, Implementierung, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme, die Migration bestehender Ivanti-DSM-Pakete, Support, Wartung und regelmäßige Updates sowie Schulungen und Rollout-Unterstützung. Die Lösung muss für derzeit 1.000 Clients ausgelegt und technisch auf bis zu 2.000 Clients skalierbar sein. Sie muss insbesondere Softwareverteilung und Patch-Management für Windows, Linux, macOS und Windows-Server, Bare-Metal-Installationen via PXE-Boot, die Integration in Microsoft Entra ID und ServiceNow, BitLocker-Management, Application Control, Privilege Management, Device Control sowie ein Self-Service-Tool für Endnutzer unterstützen.
