Die NBank beabsichtigt die Beschaffung eines Social Media Management Tools als Software-as-a-Service-Lösung. Gegenstand der Leistung sind insbesondere die Bereitstellung und Nutzung einer zentralen Plattform für Redaktionsplanung, Veröffentlichung, Freigabeprozesse, Community Management, Reporting, Social Listening sowie Rollen- und Rechtemanagement. Zusätzlich umfasst die Leistung Implementierungsunterstützung, Schulungen, technischen und fachlichen Support sowie die laufende Bereitstellung während der Vertragslaufzeit. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Bereitstellung eines Social Media Management Tools als Software-as-a-Service-Lösung einschließlich Implementierungsunterstützung, Schulung, technischem und fachlichem Support sowie laufender Bereitstellung während der Vertragslaufzeit. Das Tool soll die zentrale Planung, Abstimmung, Freigabe, Veröffentlichung und Auswertung von Social-Media-Inhalten ermöglichen. Erforderlich sind insbesondere Funktionen für Redaktionskalender, Beitragsplanung, automatisiertes Posting, Multi-Channel-Publishing, Freigabeworkflows, Medienverwaltung, Community Management, zentrale Inbox, Reporting, Social Listening, Kampagnenanalyse, Rollen- und Rechtemanagement sowie Protokollierungs- und Sicherheitsfunktionen. Mit der Beschaffung soll die bisher dezentrale Bearbeitung der Social-Media-Kanäle abgelöst und eine einheitliche, transparente und kollaborative Steuerung der Social-Media-Aktivitäten der NBank ermöglicht werden. Eine Migration aus einem bestehenden Tool ist nicht erforderlich. Es wird ein Rahmenvertrag geschlossen. Die Mindestabnahmemenge beträgt 17 User und 4 Kanäle. Die Höchstabnahmemenge bzw. der Schätzwert beträgt 35 User und 8 Kanäle. Die Vertragslaufzeit beginnt mit Zuschlagserteilung und beträgt zunächst zwei Jahre; sie kann sich zweimal um jeweils ein weiteres Jahr verlängern. Die maximale Gesamtlaufzeit beträgt vier Jahre.
