Description

Das Gebäude liegt an der Universitätsstr.16, Ecke Enrique-Schmidt-Cuadra Weg im Stadtbezirk Sülz in Köln. Das Gebäude wurde 1954 unter dem Namen Studentenhaus gebaut. Es besteht aus fünf Vollgeschossen, einem vollen Kellergeschoss und einer Teilunterkellerung im 2.UG. Der Eingang erfolgt über einen zu beiden Seiten verglasten Wandelgang, der das Studentenhaus mit dem alten Mensagebäude verbindet. Die zu sanierenden Geschosse EG bis 4.OG haben eine Bruttogrundfläche von ca. 2000 m2 über alle Grundriss -Geschosse. Im ersten Bauabschnitt wird eine Brandschutzertüchtigung aller Decken EG-4.OG durchgeführt. Im Anschluss erfolgt eine Renovierung der Büroflächen und eine Reparatur-Sanierung der Betonbauteile und der Putzfassade. Das Gebäude wurde im Bestand in Massivbauweise und aus nichtbrennbaren Baustoffen hergestellt. Der obere Abschluss des 4.OG bildet ein Flachdach mit harter Bedachung. Sicherheits- und Gesundheitskoordination, insbesondere Koordinationsleistungen nach § 3 der Verordnung über Sicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz auf Baustellen (BaustellV)
