Description

unterbringungsnahe Migrationssozialarbeit im Landkreis Elbe-Elster Gemäß § 2 LAufnG ist dem Landkreis Elbe-Elster die migrationsspezifische soziale Unterstützung von Flüchtlingen, spätausgesiedelten und weiteren aus dem Aus-land zugewanderten Personen als öffentliche Aufgabe zur Erfüllung nach Weisung übertragen worden. Er ist daher gemäß § 12 (1) LAufnG verpflichtet, die im Landkreis Elbe-Elster aufgenommenen Personen bei der Bewältigung der insbesondere aus ihrer Aufnahme- und Aufenthaltssituation begründeten besonderen Lebens-lagen, angepasst an die jeweilige Wohn- und Unterbringungssituation, durch sozia-le Beratung und Betreuung (Migrationssozialarbeit) zu unterstützen. Zur Aufga-benwahrnehmung ist ein bedarfsgerechtes und zielgruppenspezifisches fachliches Angebot kontinuierlich zu gewährleisten. Die Migrationssozialarbeit kann gemäß § 12 (2) LAufnG auf geeignete Dritte, in der Regel nichtstaatliche Träger der Sozialen Arbeit, übertragen werden.
