Beschreibung Projektsteuerungsleistung : Konkret umfasst das Nachtragangebot Nr. 18 jeweils folgende Nachtragsleistungen des AN Projektsteuerung bis zum Abschluss der LS 1 „Pre-Construction-Phase - Planungsbegleitung" mit dem Ziel „Abruf LS 2 - Bau": - Erstellung einer funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung (FLB); - Angebotsauswertung; - Begleitung der Angebotsverhandlungen. Verlängerung des Projektsteuerungsleistung um drei Monate Stufe 2 gem. PS- Hauptvertrag: Die Monatspauschale beträgt für Grund & besondere Leistungen i.H.v 34.970 € netto. Die Leistungen des PS sind notwendig, weil im Zuge des Baupartnering Verfahrens & der Finalisierung des Angebotes weitere Nacharbeiten des GP erforderlich sind & der Gesamtprozess vom PS bis zur Angebotsabgabe & Abschluss der Stufe 2 gem. PS-Hauptvertrag zu begleiten ist. Die vorgesehene Erweiterung des Auftrags beläuft sich auf weniger als 50% des ursprünglichen Auftrags.
