Description

Verlängerung des Projektsteuerungsleistung um einen Monat - Stufe 2 gem. PS-Hauptvertrag Die Monatspauschale beträgt für Grund- & besondere Leistungen i.H.v 34.970 € netto. Die Leiistungen des PS sind nochtwendig, weil im Zuge des Baupartnering-Verfahrens & der Finalisierung des Angebotes weitere Nacharbeiten des GP erforderlich sind & der Gesamtprozess vom PS bis zur Angebotsabgabe & Abschluss der Stufe 2 gem. PS-Hauptvertrag zu begleiten ist. Die vorgesehene Erweiterung des Auftrags beläuft sich auf weniger als 50% des ursprünglichen Auftrags (siehe Ziffer 2) In den Fällen des § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 2, 3 GWB darf der Preis um nicht mehr als 50 Prozent des Wertes des ursprünglichen Auftrags erhöht werden. Bei mehreren aufeinander folgenden Änderungen des Auftrags gilt diese Beschränkung für den Wert jeder einzelnen Änderung, sofern die Änderungen nicht mit dem Ziel vorgenommen werden, die Vorschriften dieses Teils zu umgehen. Beschreibung Projektsteuerungsleistung: Konkret umfasst das Nachtragangebot Nr. 18 dazu jeweils folgende Nachtragsleistungen des AN Projektsteuerung bis zum Abschluss der LS 1 „Pre-Construction-Phase - Planungsbegleitung" mit dem Ziel „Abruf LS 2 - Bau": - Erstellung einer funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung (FLB); - Angebotsauswertung; - Begleitung der Angebotsverhandlungen.
