Zu betreuen sind derzeit ca. 20 Verwaltungsgebäude, 15 Kindertagesstätten und das städtische Personal von 28 Schulen, 8 Sporthallen und einige sonstige Gebäude/Räume im gesamten Stadtgebiet 35390 bis 35398 Gießen; Wahrnehmung der Aufgaben Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit gemäß dem Gesetz über Betriebsärzte, Sicherheitsingenieure und andere Fachkräfte für Arbeitssicherheit (A-SiG) und der DGUV-Vorschrift 2 „Betriebsärzte und Fachkräfte für Arbeitssicherheit“ für sämtliche Bereiche der Stadtverwaltung Gießen mit zurzeit rund 1.670 Beschäftigten (umgerechnet in Voll-zeitäquivalente: 1.411).
