Description

Erneuerung der Überdachung der Haltestelle Olympiazentrum, Brandschutzplanung Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Leistungen der Brandschutzplanung gemäß AHO Schriftenreihe 17 für die Erneuerung der Überdachung der Haltestelle Olympiazentrum in München. Der Auftrag umfasst die Erstellung und baubegleitende Fortschreibung des Brandschutzkonzepts sowie die brandschutzfachliche Begleitung der Planung und Ausführung für die Sanierung der Überdachung, der Betriebsräume, Kioske und zugehörigen technischen Anlagen. Die Bearbeitung erfolgt stufenweise in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9, zunächst mit Beauftragung der Stufe I (LPH 1-4). Bestandteil der Leistung sind insbesondere die Fortschreibung des Brandschutzkonzepts auf Basis Muster BSK MU, die Erstellung von Brandschutzskizzen und -plänen, die Abstimmung mit Fachplanern und Behörden sowie die brandschutztechnische Begleitung der Ausführung und Dokumentation. Zu berücksichtigen sind insbesondere Anforderungen aus BOStrab, DIN 5647/DIN 5648, Bestand, Denkmalschutz, Flucht- und Rettungswegen sowie anlagentechnischen und baulichen Brandschutzmaßnahmen.
