Description

Gegenstand der Vergabe sind Planungsleistungen für Innenräume gemäß §§ 33 bis 36 HOAI im Zusammenhang mit der brandschutztechnischen Gesamtertüchtigung der Station „Willy-Brandt-Platz“ in Frankfurt am Main. Die Maßnahme umfasst die Planung der erforderlichen baulichen Anpassungen zur Umsetzung aktueller Brandschutzanforderungen sowie die planerische Begleitung des Austauschs schadstoffbelasteter Brandschutzklappen. Ziel des Projekts ist die nachhaltige Verbesserung der Brandschutzsituation innerhalb der Station unter Berücksichtigung der betrieblichen, funktionalen und gestalterischen Anforderungen eines stark frequentierten Verkehrsbauwerks. Die Planungsleistungen sind in enger Abstimmung mit den beteiligten Fachplanungen und unter Berücksichtigung des laufenden Betriebs der Station zu erbringen. Hinweis: Die Vergabeunterlagen enthalten vertrauliche Dokumente (Anlagen 03 und 09). Zur Wahrung der Vertraulichkeit werden diese erst nach Rücksendung der unterzeichneten „Vertraulichkeitserklärung“ über die Bieterkommunikation der eVergabe-Plattform an die Bieter übermittelt. Die vertraulichen Dokumente enthalten wesentliche Informationen für die Angebotserstellung und sollten vor Einreichung des Angebots sorgfältig geprüft werden.
