Description

Der Hauptbahnhof Frankfurt am Main ist hinsichtlich des Verkehrsaufkommens einer der größten Reisezugbahnhöfe Europas und ein bedeutender innerstädtischer Verkehrsknotenpunkt. Die Deutsche Bahn (DB) plant eine ganzheitliche Modernisierung der Verkehrsstation inklusive der Erneuerung bzw. Sanierung der historischen Gebäudesubstanz durch die Umsetzung von 23 Teilprojekten. Aufgrund der Vielzahl an Teilprojekten und der sich durch den Umbau im Bestand ergebenden Komplexität ist eine brandschutztechnische Fachbegleitung auf der Ebene des Gesamtprojektes von zentraler Bedeutung für den Projekterfolg. Es wurde bereits ein Mantelkonzept sowie Unterkonzepte und bauzeitliche Brandschutzkonzepte erstellt. Aufgrund der Komplexität des Frankfurter Hauptbahnhofes ist eine Neufassung dieser Unterlagen nicht möglich, diese sind fortzuschreiben. Im ersten Jahr erfolgt eine Begleitung und Einarbeitung durch den bisher zuständigen Brandschutzsachverständigen. Die Ausschreibung gilt für den gesamten HBF Frankfurt.
