Fachplanung Medizintechnik und medizinische IT-Planung Fachplanung Medizintechnik LP6-9 Fachplanung medizinische IT-Planung LP 2-9 Das Verfahren wird gemäß § 17 VgV als Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb durchgeführt. Es ist in die folgenden zwei Stu-fen geteilt: - Stufe 1: Teilnahmewettbewerb - Stufe 2: Verhandlungsverfahren (bestehend aus der Angebotsphase "Erstes (indikatives) Angebot" und der Verhandlungsrunde "finales Angebot") Es gelten die Bestimmungen des 4. Teils des Gesetzes gegen Wettbe-werbsbeschränkungen (GWB) und der Vergabeverordnung (VgV) je-weils in ihrer zu Beginn des Verfahrens gültigen Fassung. Der Auftraggeber weist ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass etwaige Allge-meine Geschäftsbedingungen eines Bieters nicht Vertragsbestandteil werden.
