Description

Der vergebene Auftrag umfasst die Übernahme und die Verwertung von dem AEV in seiner Eigenschaft als öffentlich-rechtlichem Entsorgungsträger überlassenen Mengen an Restabfällen (gemischte Siedlungsabfälle, AVV 20 03 01), Krankenhausabfällen (AVV 18 01 04) sowie kleinstückigen Sortierresten aus Sperrmüll und Störstoffen aus der Bioabfallaufbereitung (AVV 19 12 12) gemäß den Kriterien des Gesetzes zur Förderung der Kreislaufwirtschaft und Sicherung der umweltverträglichen Bewirtschaftung von Abfällen (Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz - KrWG) in drei Fachlosen. Los 1: Übernahme, ggf. Transport und Verwertung von Restabfällen (AVV 20 03 01), ca. 19.000 bis 31.700 Mg/a.; Los 2: Übernahme und Verwertung von Krankenhausabfällen (AVV 18 01 04), ca. 200 bis 500 Mg/a.; Los 3: Übernahme, ggf. Transport und Verwertung von Sortierresten aus Sperrmüll und Störstoffen aus der Bioabfallaufbereitung (AVV 19 12 12), ca. 150 bis 750 Mg/a.
