Description

Das Werk Bremen der DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung GmbH ist das Kompetenzzentrum für die Instandhaltung von Großdieselmotoren und Antriebssystemen. Im Rahmen der Motoreninstandhaltung werden jährlich zahlreiche Kurbelgehäuse verschiedener Motorbaureihen mechanisch bearbeitet, vermessen und instandgesetzt. Hierzu zählen insbesondere Motoren der Hersteller MTU, Caterpillar und Cummins. Die Bearbeitung der Kurbelgehäuse erfolgt derzeit auf mehreren Bestandsmaschinen. Um die Fertigungskapazitäten langfristig sicherzustellen sowie Bearbeitungs-, Mess- und Dokumentationsprozesse zu modernisieren, soll ein neues CNC-Bearbeitungszentrum beschafft werden. Die Anlage soll die Bearbeitung und Vermessung der relevanten Bauteile in einer Maschine zusammenführen und eine weitgehend automatisierte Durchführung der Arbeits- und Prüfprozesse ermöglichen. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Planung, Fertigung, Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme, Schulung und Endabnahme eines CNC-Bearbeitungszentrums einschließlich aller erforderlichen Hard- und Softwarekomponenten sowie der Integration in die bestehende Werkstatt- und IT-/OT-Infrastruktur des Werkes Bremen.
