Tischler Türen 4. BA Die Stadt Seelze beabsichtigt, den Nordflügel der Regenbogenschule einer umfassenden Modernisierung, Sanierung und baulichen Optimierung zu unterziehen. Dieser Schritt stellt bereits den vierten Bauabschnitt der Gesamtmaßnahme dar, nachdem der Anbau einer Mensa realisiert, ein Interimsgebäude für die temporäre Unterbringung der betroffenen Klassen errichtet und der Südflügel saniert worden ist. Die im Rahmen der Ausschreibung "Tischlerarbeiten Türen 4. Bauabschnitt (BA)" zu erbringenden Leistungen umfassen im Wesentlichen die Lieferung und Montage dichter- und selbstschließender Feuchtraumtüren sowie Innentüren der Schallschutzklassen SK II, SK III und SK IV, einschließlich Brandschutztüren. Für alle Innentüren werden zudem Obertürschließer benötigt. Neben den neuen Innentüren müssen die Bestandstüren ausgehängt, zwischengelagert und aufbereitet (Reparatur/Ausbesserung der HPL-Beschichtung) eingebaut werden. Den Bestandstüren wird außerdem der Einbau neuer Drückergarnituren zugeordnet. Darüber hinaus werden neue Raumnummerschilder benötigt. Alle weitere Details entnehmen Sie bitte den Vergabeunterlagen.
